Always wondered how your stick is made from a thick, unhandy piece
of foam? Let Jon briefly explain you the process of shaping ... but you're
more than welcome to experience it in the factory. Just drop by

1. Talking to you.
To shape the optimal board for you Jon asks you a couple of questions
on your current board, what you like and dislike, where you wanna take
your surfing, whether the board should float or "sink", your weight,
your experience and the waves you feel comfortable in.
On basis of your answers you and Jon will figure out the right shape
and dimensions of your new board.
2. Shaping the blank.

Cutting the board to length
Plaining the board to thickness
Measuring the thickness
Marking the width
Outlining the board
Cutting the board
Refining the outline
Plaining the bottom curves
Refining the bottom curves
Rounding the rails

Pulling the decklline
Smoothing the surface

Finishing the rails
Signing the board
3. Spraying the blank.

Spraying the board white to seal
the blank to keep them light and white
Spraying your individual design on the board
4. Glassing the blank

Glassing the blank with either
4oz or 6oz glass fiber
Bottoms first

Hardening with UV solarism
(done and tested for 3yrs, allows customers to surf the board immmediately!)
Glassing decks
5. Finning and putting leg rope plug in the board

Drilling the plug holes in the board
Glueing the plugs in the board 
6. Sanding the board

Sanding the deck and bottom
Refining the board
7. Wetrubbing the board
Wetrubbing the board
Giving it the final finish
